Travel Profile

Traveler Profile
A computerized profile with basic information on individual travelers will be created in our computer.

A traveler's profile should be completed on all frequent travelers in order to expedite the reservation process. When C&T receives the completed traveler's profile, the information will be entered into the computer to maintain a permanent record on each traveler.

• When the traveler's profile is displayed in our computer it shows:
• Name (billing information if necessary).
• Home phone number.
• Delivery address.
• Preferences (seat assignments, meals, etc.)
• Any particular identification numbers such as airline mileage numbers, car ID numbers, personal or business credit card numbers, etc.

NOTE: When any of this information changes, please advise or send a revised profile to C&T.

Please make travel consultant aware when arrangements are for leisure/vacation travel. This helps when accessing files, and for billing procedures.
